- Position Roles & Responsibilities The CH148 Test Project Engineer will conduct financial, schedule and performance planning and analysis to provide direct support to the Chief of Test, and will assist in technical planning of the Ground Test Program.
- The Test Project Engineer will use Ground Test Engineering, Program Planning and Control (PPC) and Financial Control (FC) tools and procedures to create, manage and collect all financial and schedule data.
- The candidate will analyze and summarize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) parameters, status schedules (BCWP, ETC) and performance indicators to status Ground Test operations from a business perspective.
- The candidate will also provide variance analysis reports and EVMS status to PPC and FC. Responsibility also includes preparation and coordination of EVMS status in support of management reviews.
- The candidate will also provide detailed resource loaded network schedules, interface milestones (IFMs), monthly status (BCWP and ETC), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) upkeep.
- The candidate will manage the IMS change process using the PPC change control process.
- The candidate will be a member of the Ground Test Engineering Group and will interface directly with various engineers; engineering groups, PPC, FC and program counter parts to ensure accurate and up-to-date status.
